As it turns out I have been looking for the wrong A/C compressor for my truck, I need the still avail C-171 double pulley compressor. My issue is that I cannot find a picture showing me how this is set-up on the slant six engine, why double pulley and what else I need to change on my engine to make all of this work. I believe the A/C brackets I have from my 84 donor truck are the same so I think I am good there. Does anyone here have factory A/C on their 1986ish truck that can snap some pictures for me so that I can see what all else I need? |
