is there a such thing ? I do need the "gasket" that goes in between the carb and the manifold |

I doubt you need a carb spacer unless there is a interference issue with the throttle linkage or some other part. As I remember the Holley 2280 is a replacement carb for the Carter BBD on some 318s I would guess that a spacer and gasket(s) from that application would work. |
