for several reasons considering changing over to cable set up out of 73 up duster or 67 dart. these are available to me. my dart is /s, console auto, with original cable stuff. as long as i get everything, are there any boogers wainti to bit me??????

That is a better idea than modifying the 1920 for a rod actuator. I think you will be much happier with the throttle response. Looks like your in the right track.
