I have a '77 D100 with a 3 on the tree and I need new shift linkage bushings since they no longer exist on the truck anymore and is hella sloppy. Are they still available or are they one of those "rare" parts?

When I did mine about 20 years ago I ether got some from a 4spd shifter kit or I cut down or drilled the bushings from a GM automatic column.
