Hey guys when i press heat in my AC unit from my 1970 dart i get no blower or air coming out of my vents, yet when i press ac or max or even defrost the blower works. also i took out the AC compressor so i don't know if that would be the culprit.

Sounds like the heater valve under the hood. It should be in one of the heater hoses. There is a thermo switch that keeps the blower from running until the engine is warmed up. It's usually associated with ATCII systems, never seen one on a Dart though? You can prove this by jumping the vacuum lines together. Some people gut the insides so the thermo portion does not work but it still looks OEM. I would also double check the speed resistor pack as well.
Thermo valve Looks like this,

ok so bear with me the thermo valve is located under the hood and its regulated by a tiny vacum hose that when i press heat comes on correct? if so i already sprayed some wd-40 and it seems to be working i think. the thermo switch i have no idea where that is or how to jump vaccum lines ..please advise?

If, and only if, the valve you have looks like the one I pictured.
Then the two lines on the side of the control can be joined. If you do not have this valve look for the resistor pack and check it.
I don't recall where they located it on the Dart so someone else will have to chime in with that. When in AC mode, does the fan work on all speeds?
That's another clue.
