Hi everyone,

I am looking at a 63 Dart slant 6, I need someone close to it to go look at it, check it out etc... I would also need someone to get it, store it for a couple of months ( or get it to Ed in Phoenix for me) Ed (805mparkid on the forabodiesonly forum) is willing to look at the car for me but has no mode of transport to get it to his place to store it for me.
I live in Medicine Hat, Alberta Canada and plan on flying down to Phoenix and drive it back.
The car is in Parker, AZ and timing is everything. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

thanks,

Dorian (Gary)

Parker is full of storage facilities.

Parker is hours from Phoenix,,,,,,its not a casual tow.

Get the seller to store it in Parker.

Hey Sandy,

I talked to 805Moparkid and he confirmed it is only an 1 and 1/2 hours away. That is a casual tow around here lol. I drive 2 hours to work on Monday every week. Did not think it would be too far away.
I know I would do it here if someone needed it.

Mapquest says the easy way to tow is 3 hours and 15 minutes .....the hard way (narrow road with many dips ) 2 hours and 41 minutes. Ive done this tow on two occasions.

My suggestions is to store it in Parker (its a tourist area full of storage places) fly into Phoenix and drive home fom Parker. There are several good auto places in Parker including an excellent welding shop.

Parker and north is a very nice place to visit and drive. Its an easy 2 days home from there.
