Does anyone know if this bellhousing will work? Also, I don't have a clutch fork. Is this the correct one?
Yes that is the correct ballstud fork for your bellhousing.
Finally, I have a flywheel from a '71 /6 truck. It has 122 teeth and a 10" clutch disc (~11" cover). I see Brewer's also has a clutch package:

Just go to rockauto and look up a 1974 Plymouth Valiant Clutch kit (LUK seems to have good "stocker" kits in 9 1/4".) Should run about $95-120 depending on brand. The 10" tends to explode if pushed too hard.
For a 1972 Dart you can use the linkage and Z-bar from any slant six A-body from 1967-1976...I do like the fork rod that Brewer's has since it's about 2" longer than the OEM version so it has loads of adjustment as needed for the future (and should work with the truck ballstud fork as well).
