I could make the later dates for sure, but might not be able to make the Feb 21-23.

Ok we are asking for your input on choosing the dates of the Banquet in Pigeon Forge. If you are planning to come and one is a definite no for you let us know. If both dates work for your schedule, just say Both are Ok. The dates are February 21st-23rd or 28th-Mar. 2nd. We will give you all about 1 week to reply and then we will reserve the big room and get details on the room prices. Location is the same as last year. Rick Covalt |

Both get Poser approval. Edit: the 28th I have a faculty/student basketball game that I just remembered. That weekend won't work - but that is just me. |

Either of those dates works for me. I cannot Guarantee attendance however; with the Little one on the way and Daycare Bills / Ruster Rebuild funds being low... I am not sure If I will make the trip this year. Greg |

Food for thought to talk about: My friend who lives in Arkansas has talked to the lady who runs "Goerge Rays Dragstrip", and told her about all us weird slant 6 powered cars. She is willing to host a slant 6 event. So,you might think about it. I can get you my friends phone number if you need more spacifics. Just letting you know this info. Andrew/Kidd |

Just wanted to let everyone know so you can mark your calendars. The dates for the banquet will be February 21st-23rd. It will be at the Valley Forge Inn as in years past. Ron Hamby / Gary Bruner will take care of getting the large room reserved that we have had in the past and get final rates on the rooms. They were very reasonable in past years. More info to follow. Brian, We sure would like to make it suit as many as possible and we would love to have you be able to make it. Perhaps one week was not long enough to get feedback from everyone. I see no real reason that we can not continue to get your opinions on the date. So speak up before the end of the week and we will re-evaluate. No one should have ordered any individual rooms yet since we have not even got the rates, so hold off until next week before you do. Sorry for any confusion. Rick |

The weekend of 21-23 February actually works for me!   The Regionals Swim Meet is the weekend before and State is the weekend after.  I wasn't planning to go, but maybe this is destiny... Or is it density...?
