If it don't have to look OE, hardware or auto parts store should have a street tee or a tee with a nipple, then add fittings to the two open holes for what you need

Where you located, and how many outlets do you need off that manifold nipple? (single or multi-hose)
I might have something out in the cave, but I'll have to take a peek later today and get back to you.

Thanks, the tee would have to have a large for brake booster and a small for the vacuum hoses on the A/C.

I am in Brandon Florida, my e-mail is jhason2@yahoo.com if you prefer that.

For anyone interested as it turns out Ford F-150, expeditions and such have a multiple nipple fitting that is a direct bolt in for the slant six. If anyone would like a picture let me know.

Looks factory. There is a low version that I was not able to find ( but I didnt look very hard ) Mine sticks up and out of the intake a couple of inches but in my opinion it looks much better than the brass fittings I was considering from Napa.
