at the pull a part, noticed a couple of Dakodas with aluminum drive shafts,

would one of those be a suitable donor to the 68 Barracuda when I do the swap over to a 8.75 rear and a 833 tranny?

figured if I need to modify the drive shaft for length,, should use a modern light weight part,,

is that a good plan?

thanks.

I bet the Daks are shorter, but not a bad idea, no... I have had Denny's Driveshaft in NJ make me an alum driveshaft from scratch.

Carbon fiber - highly doubtful. Aluminum, some shops but not all.
