Thanks for posting Rick,

That I 40 race is a bit farther for us north easterners, But It is good for the Midwest folks.. Possibly a bit closer for them :-)

Hey Greg, it really isn't hardly any further for ya'll to come to Crossville than Maynardville, about 60 miles total, so about an hour. And its interstate the WHOLE way. 81 to 40 then less than 5 miles (probably 2 1/2ish) to the drag strip. We are also inviting everyone out to our family farm to camp if they would like (we're about 30 min away) and I might even talk my dad into taking anyone who'd like to go on a waterfall hike (I don't mean to brag but we have scenery that rivals the Smokies). Really hope you will come to the race.

I added the dates of Oct.11,12 for the final race at Mason Dixon. The following 2 weeks did not work for them. I could check on doing the weekend of Nov 1,2, but I know that is getting pretty late in the year. Let me know your thoughts. That would put it a month after Clay City.

the oct 11th/12th is the best for me at this point.

I would avoid November as the weather could turn colder and Rainer, but ya never know. that's just my thoughts.

Thank you Rick.

I'm glad we decided to adopt them poor "Mo-Kan Orphans" here on the East side.

They just didn't get no respect from them Killer Bees what wuz s'posed to take care of things West of the Mississippi...

I'll git out my big ole spreadsheet & git it ready fer them first races comin' up in just a few weeks!

Fianl race of the year at Mason Dixon will be Oct 11.12th. I got a couple e-mails that this date worked better for people and it also worked better for the track.

Talked back to the track today. Looking like July 18/19 Fri/Sat but not confirmed 100% yet. Once I've got the dated locked in I'll start lining up some sponsors. Hoping to get us a good purse worked up.

I think it would be hard for some folks to make it with out a soid date less than 2 months ahead of time for this event; espically for those travelling a longer distance.

Dates have been confirmed since Late March. Didn't realize Rodney hadn't updated this. My work schedule has been crazy for the last couple months and I've not know up from down and haven't been on here in a while. I just posted a topic specifically for the Crossville race. Can't wait to see ya'll here.
