Well I moved from CA to Utah. I drove the car on to the trailer in ca and could not get it to start to drive it off. I did rejet my 390 in ca . Do I need to go down a jet size and change my power valve . Oh I am in norther Utah.

I live in Colorado at 7200 feet and I'm running size 50 primary jets and an 8.5 pv. I would just check to see if your getting gas, spark, and air, if everything checks out then my guess would be its flooded, I can get my to start when that happens if I crank it for about 10 seconds at wot. Another thought is if your running high octane gas in it, then at higher elevation you will have lower dynamic compression and you can run a lower octane which can help with cold starting at high elevation.
