I have a 1969 225 six. I want to put a blow through turbo system onto it. The head is o-ringed, largest valves I could stuff in there, Forged 8:1 pistons, blueprinted bottom end. The cam is a symetrical 282 gross duration, 445 lift with 1.6 roller rocker arms. I am thinking of running 25+ psi on 115 octain fuel. Have any of you messed about with a combination like this? What kind of HP and torque might I expect?

That's an awful lot of seat duration for that amount of lift especially with 1.6:1 rocker arms. The old Mopar Performance 276° cam was .490" lift with 1.5 rockers. With a turbo you want less overlap and the primary way is through shorter duration and then through a wider lobe angle. One of the fastest turbo cars here run a cam that's 230° @ .050" lift. That is achievable with only 268° advertised duration using the Oregon Cam Grinding #791 profile and that gets you over .500" lift with 1.6 rockers. Then again his cam may only be 220° at .050" lift.

25psi is a lot. It's been done, but it takes a lot of attention to fuel delivery to ensure it never runs lean. With good cylinder head work and the proper turbo you'll make enough power to run in the 10s if the chassis is up to snuff.
