Post subject:  water/methanol injection

I want to build a water/methanol injection system for my '72 Valiant with super 6 induction and 9 to 1 compression. Anyone see a problem with using the EGR port formerly used and presently blocked off in the intake manifold for the water/methanol nozzle/injector? At first I was going to suspend the nozzle over the carburetor throat but was not sure if that was the best place and then I thought about the EGR block off plate. What say you experienced ones? A Ted?
Thankyou!

I just used the EGR port on the side of the carb where the hour glass shape is the smallest. That way it draws it in on demand.
But if your pumping it in the EGR port on the manifold should work fine.

Yep, I will be using a pump to push fluid through the nozzle. Thanks!
