I have a rattling noise I think coming from my tranny only after shifting into second. My rear seal started leaking could it be low fluid or something else

Pull your drain plug and see if there is piles of metal in the bottom of the trans. A little bit of flakes is ok but if there are chunks then you have bigger issues.
