Post subject:  1965 Dart Gt wiper switch issue?
Hello,, I have a none working windshield wiper system, so I look unde r the dash and found that the conector with the three female prongs was disconected from the switch!!

I tock off the switch for the dash and found that this switch is diferent than the stock one acoridng to some pictures on line,,this switch must be form another car model,,it has more than three conectors and it's imposible to fit the conector,,some one was tryng to update the switch at some time and never finished the work.

as I was looking for an original swithc on line I found nothing so far.

That looks like a single speed wiper switch check the wiper motor and see how many wires it has. It is under the dash in the center. If it has 4 you have the wrong switch. If it has 2 you have single speed wipers.

Never mind, I went under the dash and tock a picture of the wirer on the motor and there were 4 wires, here is s picture,,someone was trying to install everything,,nothing was conected.

So i figure I'm just going to callmy Electrician friend he is real good about wiring, he dide my entire Ford Falcon and at very reasonal price.
