I am still working on my 63 Valiant...Today I was reviewing directions for what I thought would be the last wire I had to install in my HEI project when I noted that I hadn't finished the wiring for point 86 on the relay. Instructions on this great site tell me I should run a 16ga wire from post #86 on the relay to a wire that's live when (and only when) the ignition is switched. Help....where should I run it? When I previously wired point #30 on the relay, I ran a 14ga wire to the large terminal on the starter relay after fusing the wire properly of course. Being 70 years old is hard folks! Thanks again for your patience and assistance.

That wire is what fed your original ignition system.
It is usually the dark blue that feeds the ballast resistor and also runs to to the alternator / regulator. In factory electronic ignition systems it also goes to the Mopar ignition box, and in later years the electric assist choke.
