Just thought I would throw this out there. Some of us Inliners International members are working on having a race either the weekend before or after our Convention in July (11th-16th)2016 and we are wanting to invite our fellow slant/inline enthusiasts to come join us. Our Convention will be in Dayton, Ohio.We would like to know if the Slantsix community would consider maybe adding this to their east coast race schedule? Thanks Rich Swick Az Chapter Inliners International |

Hi Rich, Do you mean 2015 - next summer? Just checking. That would be cool to run a Slant 6 race at that event, IMHO... Lou |

No, the clubs next one will be in 2016. But each one is in different city across the US. The last one was held in Colorado Springs and others cities have included Reno. |

Well, 2016 gives us more time to plan. We will discuss at our banquet in Feb and look to get this on our race schedule. I bet we could get a good turnout at that location. Best wishes, Lou |

The details are still vague, but it was mentioned that there are 3 drag strips within a 50 mile radius of the host hotel. Also, the Convention will run from weekend to weekend, and on the weekend opposite the drag racing there is also the Ohio Mile event. So a lot of opportunities to fulfill the need for speed. |

It's a long shot, but my long time Chevy racer Brother-in-law is now a Slant Sixer as he owns my 64 Dart now. He has installed 4.10's and a shot of nitrous.By then he has plans to be in PA, sooo,Maybe ! |

That's the good thing about the Inliners International club. It's made up of all inline brands and the enthusiasts in the club are brought together by a common interest in inline engines. So all are welcome. |
