I have a chance to buy a never completed slant six project, with many new parts. Does any one remember what a new Clifford hyperpak manifold was selling for, when they were available? No longer listed on his site.

I've had 2, both first generations. IIRC they were around $400ish.

2nd gen ones were a crapshoot. Price went up and quality went way down. The 2nd gen don't have multiple bolt patterns drilled for the carb mounting, and tended to have poor castings.

Thanks, that's about what I thought. From the pictures, it looks like the later version. I just need to have all my ducks in a row. The parts are about a 2-3 hour drive each way. I really need to look at the parts in person, but if we are too far apart in price there is no sense of driving that far with my trailer.
