Genius. Having read expert testimony many times, especially psychologist and psychiatrist testimony, I can say that this instructional video is just as valid and comprehensible as any psychiatric expert in a trial. |

Actually, the tool he holds while using the jumper cables is an 80s era OBD I scan tool called the OTC 2000. I have one for working on my 89 Ford van. It uses changeable program cartridges to talk to the computers of different makes of cars. I also used it to talk to the 86 New Yorker I had briefly. |
