I was trying to figure how much compression I could run with a stock cam but don't have .050 lift data.
What i have is:
Intake opens 10 btdc Intake closes 50 abdc
Exhaust opens 50 bbdc Exhaust closes 6 atdc
This corresponds with advertised numbers
of 240 intake and 236 exhaust
duration at 050 is 186 and 186
That data came from a pdf chart I found on here at some point.

So should i just use that intake closing point of 50 abdc
or guestimate the closing point at 050 lift and add 15 degree?
I doubt it will make much difference.
I was going to shoot for a DCR of around 8:1

Sorry if I am over thinking this. I kind of enjoy it though.

There is no "68-up stock cam". There's the '60-'65 cam, the '65-'70 cam, and the '71-'80 cam (also used for marine and for '67-up export w/2bbl), plus '81-up hydraulic cams.

F: 1970 model year
W: Windsor engine plant
225: Engine displacement
R: Passenger car engine
2995: Built on 9 October 1969
118: Serial number of 225 engines built at that plant on that day
2896830-2 : Engine block casting number

So if your engine has its original camshaft, it's the '65-'70 design, with nominal specs of 241° intake duration, 236° exhaust duration, 16° overlap, and 0.395" lift on one or both lobes. I don't have the lift specs in front of me, nor do I have the at-0.050" specs. Also, these specs are for a new cam. A worn one obviously not.

Mock-up the #1 cylinder and measure your cam to chack the "phasing" and to find your actual Intake Closing point. (IC at lash, set at .010)

My gut tells me that you may find it to be a little less then 50 abdc.
