| Post subject: | 1980 D-150 - wipers stop when I depress the clutch pedal |
This is unique for me. Never seen it before. 2-speed wipers, work fine until I depress the clutch pedal, then they stop wherever they are until I release the clutch. Any ideas? Can't find any interferences under the hood. So am assuming it's behind the instrument panel (worst possible place, of course).

I would think its bad ground at the wiper's. Mine stopped working and all I did was touch a test lead from the bolt and ground strap under it and it started working again. Had to unscrew the bolt and clean everything and put it back together. Good luck. Dave |
