I am having trouble finding the low oil pressure cut off switch that Mopar Performance used to sell. It just had a one wire connector on it. Thanks for any help. Rick |

What are you trying to do Rick? |

I want to kill the ignition system if I loose oil pressure. I have one on the race car and I want to put one on the "race truck". I would prefer them to be the same. I got the one on the car from Mopar performance years ago and was hoping to get the same one. It has a single wire and shuts the engine off at about 10 or 12#. It has saved my bacon once already! Wouldn't a regular oil sender for a light do the same thing? |

I am guessing yes? So which one is going to be at about 10# ? Probably most any of them would work. Rick |

AFAIK, the factory ones are 7-10#. |

Ok, I found the one I wanted from Central High Performance in NC. It looks like NOS and it was from Mopar Performance. Part # is 412033 just in case anyone else wants it. It cuts the ignition at 15# so that gives you a little bit more of a safety cushion over a 7-10# factory one although I am sure they would work too. Cost was $20 plus shipping. Rick |
