Best setup for what purpose? Ease of install? Most reasonable price? Max power? Street only, Street/strip, or race only? How much extra power?

Its a stock bottom end, offy intake and header. What's the best for a HP and et gain? Plate or fogger?

Plate is probably best for what you want. Easier and cheaper. Stay in the 75-125 HP range. Remember, if you haven't milled the head, the engine will be OK with 87 octane, but will need higher on nitrous.

I have a NOS fogger system on my 66 Barracuda. Works great, but, by the time it was complete, with all the necessary support stuff (fuel system upgrades etc) Cost is over $1,000

I also had a old Compucar plate system on my 66 Valiant. It was bought in the 1980's, and was not adjustable. I wanted to increase the shot, and called Compucar, to see if I could just drill the holes in the bars larger, and to what size. They told me not to even bother. Just send everything back to them, and they would check/repair my solenoids, and replace the fixed plate with an adjustable plate, at no charge. They said all their nitrous stuff has a liftime warenty. All I would have to pay for would be the lines between the solenoids and the plate (the old plate had them mounted right on the plate), the jets, and shipping. I sent everything back to them, and got the new parts back in 8 days. New plate, lines, my old solenoids, 5 sets of jets, shipping paid by them. I called them back to tell them I owed them money for the extra parts, and shipping, and he said "Merry Christmass"

So I would reccommed you give Ernie a call (web site leaves something to be desired).

Okay. I was looking a a cold fusion kit but I'll be sure to check them out before I do anything. I have a stock cam, who makes a good nitrous cam? And my head is milled a little bit so running race gas on the spray is a good idea or would 93 be good?

You can spray on 93, but your wallet will like it better if you use 100 or better. Also, if your top ring gap is not opened up for nitrous I would stay below a 100 shot, especially with cast pistons. Get used to reading plugs too.

You will also need to know your fuel pressure because your tune-up will change with fuel and nitrous pressure changes. Fuel rich is just as destructive as fuel lean.

Nitrous is a lot of fun, but it is not "plug and play"
