Car has been around for awhile bought it today. Trying to make funds for Clay City race but living on fixed income makes it hard. Going to work on a local farm for cash for 4 or 5 days and hope I have enough to make trip |

I can't wait to see what it is! I bet it has a lot of "Attitude"! What about driving your cool Toad to the races...? If you don't want the Toad anymore I'll take it off your hands... (And put it in the garage with that other one I haven't used yet...  )I'm glad to see you'll hopefully be at Clay City!!! Any chance you'll bring along the previous owner of your new race car..? We'd all love to see him.

Well I carried the dart to paradise drag strip today . With my grandson driving made 4 good passes at 7.94 7.93 and he broke out at 7.92 for last pass of the day. Very well pleased with how car performed. Seems to have some blow by on end of run. May just need running more. Also need to replace the battery it is well over 5 yrs old and drags a lot before it will fire. One pass he messed up and got into rev limiter and run 8.32. Now till next season need to get busy and raise funds for traveling next year. Norm |

That's awesome Norm! You still have Clay City 6-8 November! Is there any chance Possum may go with you to watch? Did you keep the "Slanted Attitude" name on it? |
