Im seeking a reliable silicone sealant to stop the oil that is leaking--out of the head gasket. Ive seen many listed and recommended but i prefer the -Slant 6 Forums -excellent input, advice, and direction.
Any info appreciated.

RTV sealent. Clean off the area between the head and block and then apply a very thin coating across the gap.

I use the red colored "High Temp" RTV... on both sides of the gasket... just along the outer edge.

Wurth RTV super silicone.. If that doesn't seal the leak.. It will never seal.
