Greetings,
rough idle. #3 plug has juice, but when wire removed, no change. Vacuum pulses between 10 -15. Swapping spark plugs and wires makes no difference. Remove valve cover....

Number 3 intake push rod just laying there... sad

So now what? Beat on the valve stem with a hammer? Spray magic potion around valve spring? put in another rod and see if it bends and gets spit out?

Any reasonable recommendation appreciated.

Thanks!

The adjuster isn't all backed out like the push rod was loose and just fell out, and then bent itself.

The rocker is free and the valve train is all clean.

Wha do wha do wha do i do ????????
