I just bought a 1964 Valiant and the prior owner told me the transmission was leaking from where the pushbutton linkage attaches to the transmission. Now I can confirm that it is leaking for sure. I'm trying to get car back on the road will post pictures soon. Can I purchase this gasket by itself? I did try to search the forum but didn't find. Thanks |

While you're at it, guard against other leaks with the pan and gasket info in this thread. |

Inspect the cables closely for outer jacket damage because they will leak fluid out the cable it self, if the cable jacket is burned or cracked thru to the inner core. DD |
