This is on a 75 Dodge D100 automatic. If I turn the key to accessory, everything works fine. When the key is in run, I can't get most of the electronics to work other than the dash lights, head lights, brake lights etc.

Before I go tearing into the column thinking it's the ignition switch, are there any other components I should be looking at? This only happens when it's cold outside. After the thing has been sitting in the sun for a while, everything works like it should.
