Maybe a crack between the valves into the cooling water jacket causing coolant to leak into that cylinder....... |

Cracked head most likely. Crack can be between valve seat and intake gasket, or somewhere on roof of combustion chamber in head. |

Also inspect the cylinder bore for signs of a crack it may look darkend and pitted around the crack |

It could also be a blown head gasket into the water jacket, but less likely. Fingers crossed... Lou |

If the plug was smashed, cylinder scarred, and piston top beat up something went through it. If you can feel dings in the cylinder with your fingernail the cylinder needs bored. I would guess that with 80-90 psi compression that motor is in need of boring anyway. |
