Is there any differences between valve cover gaskets for the S6 based on year? Is a 65 the same as 80?

a description on the rockauto site says "w/o tube seals on the VS12680R" gasket.

Does that mean the gasket is different?????? or it just doesn't come with tube seals. I don't know how tube seals would affect the VC gasket!

Solid lifter heads have a different shape valve cover than hydraulic lifter heads.
