Hello, I have ordered a new oil pump for my 64 225, but the new pump have 5 bolts and dont have a stand tube. Is it ok like that or I need to put my tube un my new pump ? If yes how to ?

others should chime in soon, but the 5-bolt is fine with the correct gasket and there is a WIX oil filter that has a built-in stand pipe.(Wix 51805)

Post subject:  Yep...

If you want to transfer the standpipe over then all you need is a 1" wrench and unscrew it from your old pump, unscrew the "stubby" pipe from your new pump and swap them out.

Which oil pump did you buy?

I bought the sealed powers 5 bolts oil pump.

If it's not dangerous I will prefer to not use the stand pipe because it's really messy to do oil change with it.

I use wix 51515.

The gasket may not match the pump. Some of the gaskets don't match the pump, odd as that may seem.

Do you mean the plug where the oil pressure switch is supposed to be?

That's what it looks like to me in the bottom picture...

Time to pull that plug and have an oil pan ready...clean it up and either a) install the oil sensor in that spot (wires to the oil light in the dash cluster), or b) put some sealant on the plug and reinstall, let cure, then top the oil back up....
