That sounds great Rick. Three cars will be awesome! I am working on my Dart restoration. Maybe I can have three as well. We will shoot for a record number of cars this year. This isn't roll call yet but if you know you will be here stick it on this thread.

Looks like my 66 Valiant is ready. Took it out last night (first time since Wilkesborro last year). Got 4 runs. 2 on motor, and 2 on the bottle. Ran great, best ever. Even quicker then the Barracuda.
Right off the trailer.
8.944 at 74.51
8.941 at 74.44
7.850 at 85.07
7.843 at 85.17
Never touched the car except for cool down.

I will try my best to be there. as far as jack III depends on his school schedule for Friday. Hope to see everybody there for a good Slant family reunion. I just got back from Mount Rushmore and Sturgis. We had a great trip. I will hopefully get the car fixed this week and be ready to race.

I looked at the track website, today. There is nothing listed for Friday 8-19-16, and thur 8-18-16 shows a TnT. I called Ron, to check on this. Guess what? We have the track on Friday for our race. So that means.
Thur evening: TnT for anyone that wants to show up early.
Fri evening: slant six race
Sat morning: Cars at Empire CDJR
Sat afternoon: Track regular race, and Slant Six shootout
