Seems to loose / or empty out of fuel from the bowl after a night, was wondering if anyone had issues with this. If that points to the Fuel pump diaphragm failing? After it' primes, it fires off and idles nice. no issues when cursing speed or from a stop. Plenty of power, any idles? Love to hear what you guys thing! thanks in advance

Very unlikely to be draining back -- probably boiling off. But just to be sure, put in a new inlet needle/seat (the "DFV" items from www.daytonaparts.com are nicer than the standard type) and do the Fuel line mod.

Don't think that's it? Rebuilt the 1 bbl carb about 2k ago, before I did have a boil over due to worn gasket/ block under carb. Been great even at our 90+ days here, I'll try the fuel mod. Just takes forever to get the carb fueling over night sit

Found an old article for sealing issues at the carb fueling cover seeping out? It was from 2010. Said to use a thicker cork gasket. Is that worth a peep even after a full carb rebuild
