I'm going to be installing an oregon cam GRIND #346. Lift is .476 int .479 exh. Will stock springs be able to deal with that amount of valve lift? Any recommendations are appreciated.

Yes they would be able to take it, but for how long is the question. It would be a better recommendation to get a set of the 318/340/360 springs with the smaller damper springs for better seat pressure and knowing they will last a bit longer if you decide to go for higher rpms/aggressive driving....

They would work at that lift, but you probably couldn't turn over 5000 rpm without them falling on their face.

Be sure to check the clearance between the top of the valve guide & the spring retainer, at full lift.
( also allow room for the valve stem seal you plan to run)

The tops of the SL6 head's valve guides usually need some trimming. when running lifts over .460.
