Morning all. I'm based is South Africa, and dodge parts are not an easy find here, especially new ones. I'm busy rebuilding a 68 D200 with a 225 S6. And need to find templates to cut new gaskets from. Does anyone know if these templates are available? Thanking you in advance. |

Exactly what gaskets are we talking about? "Cutting" new gaskets isn't going to work for things like the oil pan front and rear seal, and head gasket. Roger |

Hi Roger im looking for the oil pump, distributor, timing cover, thermostat, an if possible the intake/exhaust manifold gaskets. the oil pan is an issue as i can cut the cork, but the rubber half moon is going to be a problem |

In this modern world it's not that difficult to get new parts shipped anywhere in the world. My company ships several orders of motorcycle accessories to SA every week. We don't handle automotive stuff but certainly there is someone around who can get good new gaskets into your hands. The key to shipping to SA is to use United States Postal Service "Express Mail International". Express tends to sail right through customs with minimal delay. Make sure the package is insured - it will discourage any thieves that work in the mail service. International postage can be costly. The best way to deal with that is to get everything you might need in one shipment. That spreads the cost out over several components. |
