No radio involved/ radio delete car. any advantage/disadvantage to running these plugs...non resistor types???? guidelines for cars still running points/hei/pertronix etc....thanks... I was thinking of trying some autolite ar51's in my slant. I am using a pertronix ignition. |

No advantage -- only disadvantages, even if you don't have a radio.Quote: I was thinking of trying some autolite ar51's in my slant.
Today's Autolite = Chinese-made junk. Use NGK ZFR5N (stock number 3459) gapped to 0.040". If your head is a '63-'74 item, remove the metal ring washer from each spark plug before you install it.
