i have a welded aluminum intake manifold hanging around. what is the preferred epoxy to seal it before use? |

I am thinking that surface preparation is probably the key here. Scrub the manifold well with a good degreasing detergent, make sure it is good and dry and have at it with a sealing / non porous paint that adheres to aluminum. |

Not done it myself, but have heard good things about PC 7 epoxy. |
