Post subject: | Align side quarter trim... |
Just purchased my '64 Valiant a couple months ago. Want to align the quarter trim. Appears that to gain access to the length of trim - working from front to back - remove fender, interior kick panel, arm rest, door handles, interior door panel, rear seat, rear arm rest, window handle, rear panel. I've seen specialty tools for "popping" interior panels - some consist of one tool or several. Anything I'm missing, should be aware of before proceeding, and/or necessary tool/s? TONY |

Probably a good idea to check your door hinge bushings and get everything correct on the door before you start aligning trim pieces. |

Some of the trim snaps in using the factory clips. Be very carful removing them, trim clips are impossible to find. On my wagon the chrome roof trim bolted in under the headliner. Good luck with your project. |

Yep- the doors gaps look good and match body creases well. |
