The driver side door on the 73 Duster (2 door) window keeps jumping the track because the "rollers" are missing. They are like nylon drawer rollers. Any idea where to get them? My plan B is to replace them with drawer rollers and I already have some the right size. That would require me removing the window, taking the roller post off and replacing the roller and post. Thanks.

I've seen them advertised, so they are being reproduced. I'd try Laysons, The Paddock or Year One.
