Post subject:  Clay City Racer's Reunion T-shirts!! FINAL LIST
I finally got the T-shirt figured out with the local printer. This is a fund raiser for the Racer's Reunion at Clay City. The shirts are a good quality Gildan brand and you have several color options. There are some long sleeve options and I even thought of Will Burns and asked them for some Tank Top options! :wink:

Shirts are all $20 and includes shipping. Sizes up to 6XL are available.

The costs go up by .50 cents with each upsize:

2XL + $2.00 ($22.00)
3XL + $2.50 ($22.50)
4XL + $3.00 ($23.00)
5XL + $3.50 ($23.50)
6XL + $4.00 ($24.00)

I have an order form to make things easy. Here are some examples of the design. Both front and back.

Please have your orders to me by 15 August. That will give the printer time to get them done and for me to have them mailed out the week before the Clay City race.

Here are the order forms. I've asked the printer for larger pictures of the long sleeve and tank tops along with the lighter pink one that is missing from the first post. I've also asked them about more color options in the long sleeves. More to follow.

These are nice, I will order several but I want the long sleeves and I need to see bigger pictures of the colors. I presume you are not going to print the shirts until you have an order, there are so many variations that you don't want to get stuck with ones you can't sell. I think I see the one that Mark Goodman and his crew will want. Nice job Rob.

I like them! Have to check with CJ on whether or not he wants one, but I will probably order a long sleeve one for myself! You did a really good job on them Rob! :D

Here is the proof for the light pink that was missing. I'm waiting for the proofs and more color options for the long sleeve and tank tops.

I had Team Green in mind when I asked them for "Sublime"... They didn't know what that or Plum Crazy were, so the Electric Green was substituted. :wink:
I didn't even ask for the striped shirt for Dennis, but if he wants to send me one I'll get one made for him. :lol:

Good job Mater - will order several! Just thinkin'(I do that sometimes) maybe Ron Hamby should order a t-shirt for as many times his name appears on the shirt! :P :P :P

I haven’t set any deadlines yet Brian. I’m still waiting for the better photos of the long sleeve and tank top shirts and hoping for a couple more color choices on the long sleeves.

Once I get that all posted I will give everyone maybe three weeks or so to order (?).
I’ll also ask the printer about doing a couple runs if there are that many orders.

I want to have all of the shirts sent out at least a couple weeks before Clay City if not earlier.

Here are the rest of the proofs. They are limited on long sleeve colors. Sorry about that. There is a black option. The front font may not show up well. The proof looks like it might, but use your own judgement.

We added a safety orange for the short sleeve.
