Hello everybody, well am going to turbo my 1968 ve valiant sedan. Nothing new of course. Have a read through the builds on here but still have a few questions. Car is running a 904, and 2.92 rear gearing at present, i do have a 3.89 that plan to fit to another diff for some drags.

So engine is stock standard, from what i have read 10psi is fine, if timing is well sorted. Plan to pull the engine out to do a few mods.

225 stock engine- stock pistons, have read on here to gap rings to top- 0.024", and second to- 0.018"?
- will stay with the standard camshaft( as from what i read is fine)
- plan to upgrade valve springs to what ever you guys say
- head, would pocket port if that was going to help
- arp head and main studs
- turbo, i have a cheap china knockoff of a to4e, exhaust is a/r 0.63 and compressor is a/r 0.50, am
more than happy to replace this with a better?
- wastegate, have a few here. But what ever you guys think
- intake, aussiespeed hurricane
- fuel, fitech 600pa with a extreme velocity hat, fitech 340lph intank pump
- ignition, msd 6al2 6530,
- intercooler, 600x200mm
- exhaust manifold, i have a 6-1 s/s which is 1.5" so could make a custom set, very open to design, as
would like to stepup later( engine wise)

So i have all those parts, really keen to get on to this,
