| Post subject: | EGR on a 1 barrel |
When was EGR first used with the 1 barrel intake in the 49 state configuration? I figure it was first used in CA. Is it the same module that’s on the Super Six intake or was it unique to the 1 barrel intake? |

I believe EGR was first seen on the 1973 engines. Possibly late 1972, really hard to say. I would think the EGR Valves would be the same or very similar (for the Slant applications). |

Unless someone swapped mine out when I dug the super six manifold out of the junkyard, the 1 bbl and 2 bbl EGR are the same part.
