Hey guys, I've base that chrysler changed Flexplate and other parts between the 67 and 68 up motors.... abd that I may have trouble bolting up a VF 225 to my 67 trans and torque converter?

Can anyone help me out with this one? I was hoping it would be a simple as removing my 67 motor and doing in a rebuit VF motor.

Thanks for any advice.

Putting a late motor on an early trans us easy. You just need a spacer ring to go in the crank. Charlie_S on here sells them.

If the VF is 1968 or later, and your engines/trans changed the same years as the USA engines.

68 up engine, and 67 down torqueflyte, use:
68 up flexplate
67 down converter
adapter bushing in the crank pocket.

I do sell the bushing, but shipping to you is a killer. Would probably be cheaper to have one made locally.
