Hey guys, just looking for a little advice on the best size of extractors to run on my 225. Currently have 1 1/2" and will be ugrading and mild porting of head, increasing compression, new aussiespeed 4bbl intake manifold, Edelbrock 500cfm carb.... Do I need to move up to 1 5/8" ? Thanks |

Thanks but I was hoping to do it right the first time, and not have to change anything out afterwards and retune etc... Cheers.

You will be totally fine with 1.5" extractors/headers. Only the most wild race builds need 1 5/8". Go for it! Lou |
