| Post subject: | Heater Hose Support Bracket |
Does anyone know a good source for the heater hose support bracket, which is the piece of "U" shaped spring steel that clips to an anchor point just behind the oil fill cap on early slants? Mine is so old it is rotting in the middle and no longer has any "spring" to it. It's another of those parts that was supposed to last the life of the car, but when the car has lived about three lifetimes, those parts tend to wear out too. Any help will be appreciated! |

On our 75's, I just bend up new ones of aluminum sheet. Don't know if that helps you, though on your 60's machines. |
