Hello All,

While I have been reading the Slantsix forum for a few years I rarely post. I thought if I start putting up some images of my current project I might actually motive myself into finishing the wagon. I have a few early Mopars and blame my father who got me into them at an early age. I grew up on a farm and as soon as you could reach the pedals you got to drive all sorts of machinery... and we always had Valiants of one type or another around to drive.

I have a 1961 V200 Valiant suburban. I purchased it in 2003 in Portland OR. The lady wanted to sell her old car and get a mid 80's Merc. Lucky for me I saw the advert posted and moved on it right away.

It was built in November 1960. Its got a 170ci Slant. Push button Automatic, PB heater, Roof Rack, Electric tailgate, Power steering, 3 rows of seats, 4 bbl carby, long intake manifold and a few other goodies. I got it painted a year ago and even thought I work on alot of parts for the wagon... I havent done too much too the wagon. Its more of a take my time and try and do it right project.

I will post some images of it before I got it painted and then as I do stuff to it I will post progress photos of it.
