I found a tag on my '84 D-100 under the cowl. Is this the so called "Fender Tag?" I haven't found a tag on the fender yet... Does anyone know where I can find a fender tag decoder that covers '84? All of the ones I found only cover through '83 and nothing on the tag I found matches.
