Maybe. What year trans/flywheel?
The flywheel must be from 1968 or newer. Also the crank must be drilled and reamed for a pilot bushing. Most all slant six cranks are drilled, but not all are reamed. If not reamed, you need to use a reduced OD pilot bushing, or ream the pilot hole. Or use a late style pilot bearing ( https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.ph ... 26&jsn=438 ), if the late crank.
