That looks like fun! Gary Bruner has mentioned several times that he would like to put different gears in his Valiant and do the Standing Mile, but "El Desperado" ain't been runnin' in awhile. I bet Lou would love to spool up that turbo for some top end blasts!  The Duster is out of steam before the 1/4, so doubling that would be somewhat anti-climatic I'm afraid...

Seems we should find out what a nitrous assisted 170 will do in a top speed run.

I can't afford the entry fee. So I guess I will just have to go to Gainesville Dragway and add two 1/4 mile runs together.
